This policy describes the information processed when you use AionGeo and how to contact us about it.
Information We Process
Account information includes your name, email address, authentication records, organization memberships, and permissions. Workspace information includes brands, domains, competitors, prompts, collected AI answers, citations, analysis, and reports.
We also process usage counters and operational information needed for security, reliability, and billing. Stripe handles payment collection; the application stores billing identifiers and subscription state rather than payment card numbers.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to authenticate users, operate workspaces, collect and analyze answers, enforce quotas, send verification and account messages, and manage subscriptions. Optional analytics are subject to configuration and your cookie choices.
External Services and Sharing
A prompt and relevant workspace context may be sent to the configured AI or collection provider. Text and tracked brand names may be sent to the judgment provider for mention and sentiment analysis. Email delivery and payment services receive the information needed to perform their respective functions.
See Subprocessors for the initial service inventory. Actual providers depend on deployment configuration. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information in tracking prompts. AionGeo does not make a promise in this draft that external AI providers never retain data or use it for training; their applicable account terms must be checked before launch.
Retention and Security
Workspace data is retained to provide historical analytics until removed under the operator's retention and deletion process. Exact retention periods, backup deletion schedules, and deployment locations must be confirmed before public launch. Access controls and server-side secrets protect the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your Requests
Use Cookie Preferences to control optional browser storage. Contact support@abunda.io to request access, correction, export, deletion, or clarification of processing. We may need to verify your authority over the account or organization. The privacy contact, legal basis, and jurisdiction-specific rights must be completed before this draft is used as a public policy.
