These terms describe use of AionGeo, a service for monitoring how AI answer engines mention and cite brands.
Your Account and Workspace
Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials, and invite only people authorized to access your workspace. Organization owners manage membership, connected services, and subscriptions. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and API keys.
Free and Paid Plans
An organization without an active paid plan starts on Free: one brand, three tracked prompts, one standard platform, and 30 collection attempts per UTC calendar month. Premium models are excluded. Each provider collection attempt consumes a credit, including failed attempts. Unused credits do not carry over.
When the free allowance is exhausted, new collection stops until the monthly reset or an upgrade. Existing dashboards and history remain accessible. Paid prices and limits are shown before checkout; subscriptions and cancellation are managed through Stripe. Upgrading does not require deleting existing data.
Your Content and AI Results
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You authorize AionGeo and its configured service providers to process that content to provide collection, analysis, storage, and reporting. Submit only material you are entitled to use and disclose.
AI responses, sentiment judgments, and visibility measurements can be incomplete, inaccurate, or change over time. They are informational analytics and do not guarantee search rankings, recommendations, revenue, or any commercial outcome.
Acceptable Use and Availability
Follow the Acceptable Use policy and the terms applicable to connected providers. Do not bypass quotas, abuse registration, interfere with other tenants, or use the service unlawfully. Access may be restricted to address abuse, security threats, or unpaid charges. Provider outages and regional restrictions may affect results.
Ending Use and Contact
You may stop using the service and cancel renewals through billing settings. Contact support@abunda.io for account closure, data export, deletion, or billing questions. Any refund, retention, liability, and dispute provisions must be finalized before public launch; this draft does not waive mandatory rights.
